Inventory labels

Inventory and batch labels

Import a spreadsheet or select saved cards. Printing never changes your inventory count or item codes.

Import Excel or CSV

Required columns: Title, Quantity, Condition. Optional: Price (USD), Year, Subject, Set, Card Number, Parallel, Family, Notes. Photos and scans can be added later.

Price labels use each physical card’s saved asking price. Choose Edit asking price on a card, then prepare replacement labels. Item codes stay the same.

For damaged or missing labels, check the existing printer attempt first. Reprints keep the same item code.

Print batches

Shop item codes

Start new item codes with your shop short name. Card type and a unique number are added automatically. Existing codes keep working.

Example: TSC-PK-00000001 for Pokémon. Unclassified cards use CD. Codes are assigned when labels are prepared.

Choose the stock loaded in your printer. Apply labels to the card holder.

Add a label size

Enter the dimensions printed on your label stock and the DPI from your printer settings. You can preview and export a PDF before connecting a printer.
