Persistent asset identity
The same canonical asset can carry service and inspection history across visits.
Inspection-generated digital twin
Guspora connects persistent assets, confirmed plan context, inspection evidence, and legally governed finalization in one authorized operational record.
The same canonical asset can carry service and inspection history across visits.
Plan versions and normalized pins reference canonical assets. Placement is manual, imported, or inspection-confirmed—not claimed as automatic indoor positioning.
Phone, GusporaCam, HK15, Meta, guided, and freeform adapters feed the same governed inspection engine when configured. Glasses are optional, never required.
Technician, time, source, results, deficiencies, and media can be linked to an asset before finalization.
Service providers, property stakeholders, and authorities having jurisdiction see the same record truth within their authorized scope.
Finalized records are locked from ordinary edits. Amendments append history, and hash-chain status discloses backfilled origins.
A floor-plan viewer, PDF, video, or unlinked rendering alone is not a digital twin. Guspora does not invent coordinates, GPS, historical hashes, or chain continuity. Real 3D data may enhance a twin when available, but the asset and evidence record remains useful without it.
Source implementation is in release-candidate verification. Production availability requires a separate approved release; this page does not represent a deployment announcement.
