What is live, what is controlled, and what should not be overstated.

This page gives operators, prospects, search engines, and LLM crawlers a truthful map of Guspora’s deployed foundation without claiming live capabilities that are still gated, draft-only, or not enabled.

Inspection, AHJ, and revenue baseline

The deployed baseline hardens inspection and AHJ catalog governance, service work, deficiencies, governed invoice drafts, tax-aware revenue handling, documents, and audit evidence around the operational record.

Property and STR operations

The authenticated operations path supports property/site context, checklists, maintenance issues, work orders, photos/documents, and owner-facing proof. Guspora Stay is not a live public guest marketplace.

Milo and safe agent control plane

Agent paths work through governed records, safe drafts, logs, review links, and audit-friendly handoffs instead of unreviewed customer-impact actions.

Rosie owner visibility and triage

Rosie owner briefings can expose safe inbound SMS body content only in Cody-only contexts or fall back to a secure app link. Inbound SMS is deterministically classified for spam, wrong-recipient, callback, service, billing, lead, existing-customer, or unknown review actions.

Deployed and source-supported status

  • Production web application is deployed with public health monitoring and auth-gated operating surfaces.
  • Inspection, AHJ, revenue-governance, service-work, invoice-draft, deficiency, document, and audit components are source-supported; complete current live workflows require their own acceptance receipts.
  • Property and short-term-rental operations components are deployed behind authentication; complete current lifecycle acceptance is tracked separately.
  • Milo and agent knowledge paths contain governed draft, log, review-link, and handoff components; autonomous customer-impact actions are not represented as live.
  • Safe agent drafts and logs are designed to route through the control plane for operator review; background runtime may be paused by maintenance authority.
  • Rosie inbound SMS owner-visibility and deterministic triage components are deployed; current production behavior remains subject to auth-scoped acceptance.
  • Current source RBAC contracts map more than 20 role personas across platform, business, field, property, finance, education, hospitality, external-review, and AHJ workspaces.

Draft-only and review-gated proof

  • Owner reports, customer communications, and AI action outputs may be prepared as drafts or review records where the workflow is configured for operator approval.
  • Property and short-term-rental owner-facing communications should be treated as governed drafts unless a future release explicitly enables live sending.
  • Payment, accounting, booking, screening, lease, and channel-manager workflows are not represented as live mutation paths by these proof pages.
  • GusporaCam wearable inspection, visual QA, and candidate-finding workflows remain private-pilot or revalidation work unless a current release record says otherwise.

  • Guspora Stay is not a live public guest marketplace.
  • Live rent collection, booking payments, tenant screening provider actions, lease signing, Airbnb/VRBO synchronization, Stripe mutations, QuickBooks mutations, and autonomous customer SMS/email sends are not represented as live features by these pages.
  • Guspora Watch, generally available GusporaCam hardware, autonomous inspection approval, and completed production digital twins are not live claims.

These boundaries include Fortune-50 readiness wording: this proof page does not claim every enterprise readiness gate is complete. If a future release makes one of these areas live, it should be reflected through a separate product release, tests, proof, and updated public wording.
