How the Guspora fee works
- Guspora keeps 5% of the item price. Shipping and tax are fee-free.
- Card processing does not come out of your sale. The buyer pays it as a service fee at checkout: 3% of the item price and shipping, plus $0.30, shown before they pay.
- So you keep 95% of the item price, plus the shipping the buyer paid. Cards from outside the U.S. can cost more to process, and that difference comes out of your sale.
- You can turn the buyer service fee off in your settings. Then you pay card processing yourself: 2.9% + $0.30 at Stripe's standard U.S. rate.
- Card shops on Shop Pro pay 0.5% instead of 5%. Sales at your own counter carry no Guspora fee.
