Terms, privacy, and your account

Using Guspora Collect on the web, Android, or iPhone means you agree to the Guspora Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be 13 or older to create an account.

Prices shown in Collect are estimates from recent sales and market data. They are for information, not an appraisal or an offer to buy.

The free plan includes 50 card scans a month. Collect Pro removes the scan limit and adds bulk listing, exports, and portfolio profit and loss. See pricing.

Collect uses your camera only when you scan. The card photos you take or choose are sent to Guspora to identify and price the card, and they are stored with your collection so you can see the card you scanned.

A scan stores the photo, the card it matched, and the prices shown, in your account. Your collection, listings, trades, offers, and messages are stored so the app can show them to you and to the people you trade with. None of it is sold, none of it is used for advertising, and the app has no ads.

You can delete your Guspora Collect account and its data at any time, in the app under Profile, or on the web:

1. Sign in at guspora.com.
2. Open guspora.com/account/delete.
3. Confirm. You are signed out everywhere, and your data is deleted, usually within the hour and always within 30 days.

Orders, payments, refunds, and tax records are kept anonymized for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. The deletion page lists exactly what is removed and what is kept before you confirm.

You can cancel Collect Pro at any time from Collect Pro in your account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

When you sell on the Guspora Marketplace, a 5% marketplace fee applies to each sale (0.5% for shops on Shop Pro). Sales a shop makes at its own counter or register carry no Guspora fee.

Sellers describe each item honestly, including its condition, and ship it as described. Buyers and sellers are covered by Guspora Protection.
