Consumer Disclosure — Real Estate Settlement Services

Guspora is a technology platform that facilitates communication and document sharing between parties to a real estate transaction. Guspora does not provide real estate settlement services and is not a settlement service provider as defined under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
Your Right to Choose
You are free to select any service provider — including lenders, title companies, inspectors, insurance providers, and other settlement service providers — of your choice. No party to your transaction, including your real estate agent, is permitted to require you to use any specific provider.
No Referral Fees
Guspora does not pay or receive referral fees, kickbacks, or any thing of value in exchange for the referral of settlement service business. Each subscriber pays independently for their own use of the platform.
No Endorsements
The presence of a service provider on the Guspora platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Guspora or any other party. Provider listings are not ranked by referral relationship, payment, or sponsorship.
Independent Subscriptions
Each party on the Guspora platform subscribes and pays independently. Agent subscriptions are not contingent on lender participation, and vice versa. Lender and title company portal access is provided at no cost and is not conditioned on any referral arrangement.
Affiliated Business Arrangements
Guspora and Ferguson Fire Protection LLC have no ownership interest in any real estate brokerage, mortgage lending company, title insurance company, or other settlement service provider. If this changes in the future, appropriate disclosures will be provided in accordance with RESPA Section 8(c)(4).
