Default Operating Configuration
Guspora AI Agents are engineered with action risk classification by action category, autonomy ceilings per agent, human approval requirements for high-risk actions, TCPA and CAN-SPAM communication consent enforcement, Agent Action Ledger audit logging, and tenant-scoped data isolation. Guspora accuracy claims and warranties apply only when Agents operate in this Default Configuration.
Customer-Modified Configuration
A customer enters Modified Configuration when it lowers approval thresholds, expands autonomy ceilings, modifies or disables consent enforcement, expands data scope, or directs Agents outside intended use cases. Outcomes caused by Modified Configuration are the customer's responsibility, including communications, financial actions, compliance workflows, and third-party claims.
AI Operating Controls
AI Agents are probabilistic systems and may produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs even in Default Configuration. Customers must maintain human oversight appropriate to action risk and verify outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, regulatory, compliance, safety-critical, or professional decisions.
Agent Activity
The Agent Action Ledger is the authoritative record of agent activity in disputes. Communications drafted or sent by Agents on a customer's behalf are the customer's communications. Billing, payment, or other financial actions initiated by Agents are customer actions. Compliance assessments and AHJ communications are advisory customer communications and do not replace professional judgment.
Customer Warranties
Customers warrant that their use of Agents complies with TCPA consent requirements, CAN-SPAM obligations, applicable data privacy laws, professional licensing rules, and any industry-specific obligations that govern their work.
