Settlement Service Provider Terms

By using Guspora's real estate transaction features, you agree to the following terms in addition to the Platform Terms of Service:

1. No Referral Fees or Kickbacks. You will not pay or receive any fee, kickback, or thing of value in exchange for referrals of settlement service business through this platform.
2. RESPA Compliance. You will not use Guspora's platform features to establish or maintain referral arrangements that violate RESPA Section 8.
3. No Endorsement Claims. You will not advertise yourself as a “preferred provider” or imply any endorsement by Guspora or other platform users.
4. No Platform Endorsement. You understand that Guspora does not verify, endorse, or recommend any service provider on the platform.
5. Enforcement. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Applicable Law

These terms are designed to ensure compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), 12 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., and its implementing regulation, Regulation X (12 C.F.R. Part 1024). Settlement service providers using the Guspora platform are independently responsible for their own RESPA compliance.
