KITCHEN MISTER SUPPRESSION SYSTEM
UL 300 Listed pre-engineered wet chemical fire suppression for commercial cooking operations.
System Overview
The Buckeye Kitchen Mister is a pre-engineered, UL 300 listed wet chemical fire suppression system designed for commercial cooking equipment. Using a potassium-based wet chemical agent, it rapidly suppresses grease fires and creates a foam layer that prevents re-ignition. The system protects cooking surfaces, exhaust hoods, and ductwork.
