- Is there a no-cost trial?
- No. You pay on day one and get full access on day one. If Guspora isn’t the right fit, ask for a usage-adjusted refund inside fourteen days and we’ll process it. After fourteen days the subscription is non-refundable for the rest of the billing period.
- How does cancellation work?
- Monthly: cancel any time and you won’t be charged for the next period. Annual or biennial: those are minimum terms in the Master Service Agreement. Cancel early and you either forfeit the deposit (if that’s the option you picked) or pay the price-differential clause for the months you used.
- Can I change tiers or switch from a standalone suite to the platform?
- Yes to both. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Switching from a standalone suite to the platform carries your data, settings, and customer records over.
- How do the annual and biennial discounts work?
- Annual is 17% off monthly. Biennial is 22% off monthly. Both are permanent — available year-round, not only during launch. The launch promo (live through July 6, 2026) stacks an extra 7% on top of either, applied uniformly to the platform and every standalone suite.
- What happens to my price after the launch window?
- Your launch-stacked rate is locked for the length of your commitment. At renewal, the 7% stacking layer goes away, but the annual or biennial discount stays — it’s permanent. You’ll get 90 days of notice before any price change affecting your account.
- What is the deposit option?
- For annual or biennial buyers who’d rather not pay the full total upfront. Drop 25% at checkout, then we spread the balance evenly across the remaining months. You end up paying the same total either way. The deposit itself is non-refundable.
- Is onboarding included?
- Self-service onboarding is included on every plan — docs, video walk-throughs, in-product guidance. Founder-led onboarding is a paid implementation service we scope per company at checkout (shop size, tech count, data migration, integrations). Biennial customers get 50% off the scoped price. Either way, your platform access is live on day one — you don’t wait on the kickoff call to start using Guspora.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit cards through Stripe. ACH and wire transfer are available for Enterprise customers and for annual or biennial commitments above defined thresholds.
- Are there other discounts beyond launch + committed plans?
- Two paths: the launch promo or the Founding Member program. They’re mutually exclusive — pick one. No other public discounts.
