What is the difference between Starter and Operator?

Starter is for solo operators organizing customers, sites, records, simple tickets, and basic scheduling. Operator is for small businesses running daily work with work requests, basic work orders, dispatch board basics, status tracking, and customer follow-up workflows.

Who pays the $15 report filing fee?

The party submitting the report. For most compliance filings that is the contractor or service provider. The fee covers Guspora storing, routing, and managing the report through the compliance workflow.

Authorities Having Jurisdiction — fire departments, fire marshals, and similar regulatory bodies — may use a limited AHJ Compliance Portal baseline for configured public-safety compliance workflows. Expanded capabilities require an approved paid plan or written agreement.

Is professional onboarding required?

No. Self-guided Milo onboarding is included on every plan. Professional onboarding is a paid service available when you want Guspora to configure workflows, clean up data, rebuild templates, train your team, or migrate complex records.

Can I import my data for free?

Yes. Standard data import for customers, sites, and assets is included on every plan, including Free Core. Advanced migrations involving complex records or multi-system cutovers are available as a paid service.
