- What is the difference between Starter and Operator?
- Starter is for solo operators organizing customers, sites, records, simple tickets, and basic scheduling. Operator is for small businesses running daily work with work requests, basic work orders, dispatch board basics, status tracking, and customer follow-up workflows.
- Who pays the report filing fee?
- The submitting contractor or service provider pays the filing fee. Public and Free Core filing is $20 per initial report. Qualifying paid plans include a monthly allowance and a lower additional-report price. The filing fee is not a government permit fee, inspection fee, fine, tax, or AHJ revenue.
- Do AHJs pay?
- Department entitlements are defined in the applicable written agreement. Guspora does not treat supported departmental capabilities as generic paid add-ons. Separately scoped integrations, extraordinary services, optional enhanced support, and approved third-party pass-through costs remain distinct.
- Is professional onboarding required?
- No. Self-guided Milo onboarding is included on every plan. Professional onboarding is a paid service available when you want Guspora to configure workflows, clean up data, rebuild templates, train your team, or migrate complex records.
- Can I import my data for free?
- Yes. Standard data import for customers, sites, and assets is included on every plan, including Free Core. Advanced migrations involving complex records or multi-system cutovers are available as a paid service.
- Do I need Stripe?
- Not to start. Free Core does not require a payment method. Payment is requested when you upgrade to a paid plan, file a $20 public report, owe a plan overage, or enable Guspora Pay.
- What happens when I upgrade?
- Your records, customers, sites, assets, documents, and history stay in place. You gain access to the paid capabilities for the selected plan, and your limits raise to the new tier. Upgrades take effect immediately.
- Does Guspora automatically satisfy each AHJ?
- Guspora can store, route, and manage compliance records. AHJ acceptance depends on the jurisdiction, configuration, and local process. We are happy to help work through configuration with a specific jurisdiction.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time and you will not be charged for the next period. Free Core has nothing to cancel — you can simply stop using the workspace, or upgrade later when you are ready.
- All prices are in United States dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
- Free Core access does not require a payment method. Public filing at $20 per initial report is billed at submission; qualifying paid plans use their monthly allowance and additional-report rate.
- Paid plans are available monthly or annually. Annual totals equal ten monthly payments, so annual billing includes two months free.
- Plan limits, capabilities, and entitlements reflect lib/planLimits.js and lib/tenant/entitlements.js at the time of publication.
