Refund Policy
Effective March 4, 2026
The short version:
We don't offer refunds because we offer a free trial. Try Guspora for 7 days before you pay anything. If it's not for you, cancel during the trial and you owe nothing.
After You Subscribe
- •All subscription fees are non-refundable.
- •Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of your billing period.
- •No partial-month or partial-year refunds.
- •Annual plans will not auto-renew after cancellation.
The One Exception
If Guspora goes down for more than 72 continuous hours and you can't run inspections, we'll issue a prorated credit on your next bill. Just contact us within 30 days. This doesn't apply to scheduled maintenance or third-party outages outside our control.
