Refund Policy

Effective March 27, 2026

The short version:

Every new Guspora subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are adjusted for platform usage during your active period. You will see a full breakdown before confirming your refund request.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Guspora offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 calendar days of your subscription start date, you can request a refund from your account billing settings or by contacting us at support@guspora.com or (888) 314-3963.

Refunds are adjusted for platform usage. Your refund amount equals your subscription fee minus the cost of metered services consumed during your account's active period, including AI-generated inspection reports, Milo AI conversations, SMS and email notifications, cloud storage, and GusporaCam streaming. You will see a full usage breakdown before confirming your refund request.

If your usage cost exceeds your subscription fee, no refund will be issued, but you may still cancel your subscription at any time.

After the Guarantee Window

After the 14-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable and continue on a month-to-month or annual basis as selected. You may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

GusporaCam Add-On

GusporaCam add-on subscriptions have their own independent 14-day money-back guarantee from the date the add-on is activated, also subject to usage adjustment.

Service Credit Exception

If Guspora goes down for more than 72 continuous hours and you cannot run inspections, we'll issue a prorated credit on your next bill. Contact us within 30 days. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance or third-party outages outside our control.
