Jurisdiction-specific notice
When an adopted AHJ has a signed and active policy, Guspora shows the exact report requirement. Unknown jurisdictions never default to required.
Plan or public filing
Submit an initial report through the public route for $20, or use a qualifying paid plan with its stated monthly allowance and discounted additional initial-report price.
Fair filing units
Each separately required system report is one filing. A supplement attached to the same filing does not create another initial-report charge. A new inspection, retest, or reinspection is a new filing.
Customer access included
The inspected business can claim free Basic Compliance access for its property record without changing service providers or buying a subscription.
Company and tenant isolation
Provider verification, company identity, plan entitlement, allowances, and report access stay bound to the correct company.
