About Guspora™
Built by a technician.Named after a guardian.
I’m Cody Ferguson. I run a fire-protection company in Bardstown, Kentucky, and I built Guspora because inspections protect real people — and the tools I had to use treated that work like an afterthought. Guspora is what I wished I’d had on day one.

Milo
Forever Watchful
Meet Milo, the inspiration behind Guspora™
In December 2015, Milo was one day from being put down at a county shelter. We brought him home, and he spent the next ten years watching over the family and the shop with the kind of attention you don’t teach.
When his watch ended in October 2025, that standard became the bar Guspora has to clear: watch closely, catch what matters, protect the people and the buildings on the other end of the work.
The name Guspora pulls from Gaelic roots tied to vigor and strength. Same idea: inspections should be precise, dependable, and built for the people doing the work — not the people selling the software.
“Facilities. Compliance. Operations. All in one platform.”
Built from the truck, not the boardroom
Every workflow in Guspora started as something my crews actually do. If a feature isn’t useful at 7 a.m. on a customer’s roof, it doesn’t ship.
Protect the people, document the work
Inspections aren’t paperwork. They’re how you prove a building is safe to occupy. Guspora makes the proof defensible without making the documenting miserable.
One platform, no fifty-tab Friday
Inspections, reports, payments, payroll, commissions, customer portals — same record, same login. The seams between tools are where information goes to die, and we built Guspora to delete them.
Built for real businesses
Guspora — the Facilities. Compliance. Operations. platform that runs the whole shop — inspections, reports, invoicing, payroll, commissions, CRM, scheduling, and the portals your customers and regulators log into. If your business has customers, jobs, and money moving through it, it has a home on one record.
