1. SMS Messaging Program Overview
Guspora operates an SMS messaging program through the Guspora™ customer portal. Messages are sent from our toll-free number (888) 314-3963.
The following types of messages may be sent:

2. How to Opt In
Web Form Consent
During registration on the Guspora™ customer portal, you will see the following consent checkbox:
I agree to receive SMS text messages from Guspora at the phone number provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, invoice notifications, and compliance alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
This checkbox is NOT pre-checked. You must voluntarily check the box to opt in. Opting in to SMS is not required to receive services from Guspora.
Verbal Consent
You may provide verbal consent during a phone call or in-person interaction with a Guspora representative. Verbal consent is documented with the date, time, and name of the representative who obtained consent.
Text-to-Subscribe
Text JOIN to (888) 314-3963 to opt in to SMS notifications.
3. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply to any message with one of the following keywords: STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE
- Disable SMS in your portal settings at guspora.com/portal
- Call us at (888) 314-3963
- Email support@guspora.com with subject "SMS Opt Out"
Confirmation: After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from Guspora SMS notifications. You will not receive any more messages. Reply START to re-subscribe."
Opting out will NOT affect your service relationship with Guspora. You will continue to receive all services regardless of SMS preferences.

5. Message Frequency & Costs
- Message frequency: Typically 2–10 messages per month, depending on your service activity. Frequency may vary based on scheduled inspections, work orders, and account activity.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any charges that may apply.
6. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS consent is not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for promotional purposes.
Phone numbers are shared only with Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, for the sole purpose of delivering service-related messages. For complete details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
7. TCPA Compliance
Guspora complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal, state, and carrier regulations regarding SMS communications.
We maintain records of:
- Opt-in method (web form checkbox, verbal consent, text keyword)
- Timestamp of consent
- IP address at time of consent (for web form opt-ins)
- The exact consent language presented at opt-in
These records are maintained for the duration of the customer relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with TCPA record-keeping requirements.
